The 8th edition of the Joburg Film Festival came to a celebratory close at Theatre on the Square, where filmmakers, industry professionals, and audiences gathered for the festival’s Closing Gala and Awards Ceremony. Hosted by acclaimed South African actress and presenter Jo-Anne Reyneke, the evening recognised the exceptional films and filmmakers whose work stood out across this year’s programme.
